Year-End Payroll & Reporting Guide

Year-end is the time to finish out one year while planning for the next. As the end of 2021 approaches, we want to remind you of various payroll and Form 1099 related changes, as well as other items to consider when processing your year-end forms.

Reporting Deadline Approaching: Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI)

The filing deadline for BOI reporting is January 1, 2025 for entities formed prior to 2024. BOI information needs to be submitted to FinCEN by that date or entities may face penalties of $591 per day.
