SMITH SCHAFER TAX MANAGER, KYLE SPICER, CPA, IS A CANDIDATE FOR THE LEUKEMIA & LYMPHOMA SOCIETY’S MAN OF THE YEAR
The Man & Woman of the Year is a philanthropic contest for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Candidates raise funds in honor of two local children who are blood cancer survivors. The man and woman who raise the most during the 10 week campaign are awarded the prestigious title of Man or Woman of the Year. Last year, the campaign raised $38.4 million nationally for blood cancer research.
“I have been given an opportunity to give back,” said Spicer. “I am grateful I can help make a difference and support those going through the challenges Leukemia and Lymphoma bring.”
Spicer’s goal is to raise at least $25,000 by May 19, 2018. Every dollar raised counts as one vote for his bid to become Man of the Year. Click here to learn more or to donate to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. All donations are greatly appreciated and tax deductible.
